A White Stripes Movie?

In a recent interview with Self-Titled magazine Jack White dropped the little bon mot that his Third Man Records, which recently released the Dead Weather album, will also be starting a film division. Oh and they’re working on a White Stripes movie. He tells Self-Titled, “The White Stripes are releasing a film this year, and when I go back home in a few days, I’m going to mix all the music for that, which is like 40 songs, so that’s going to take a lot of time.”

Of course the magazine failed to ask any follow up questions about it so we’re assuming, since it’s in conjunction with his record label, that it’s a tour film of some sort. It’s either that or “Help 2: Electric Boogaloo.”
