You gotta hand it to Warner Bros.: They are really swinging for their fences with their upcoming superhero movies. They’re cramming Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Lex Luthor, Doomsday, Lois Lane, and even more in Zack Snyder‘s mega-explosion fest "Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice," and just a few months later they’ve got David Ayer getting the crew together for "Suicide Squad." And a new trailer has landed for the latter movie showing off the antihero team.

The cast pretty much speaks for itself — Will Smith, Margot Robbie, Jared Leto, Cara Delevingne, Viola Davis, and more are on hand for this movie, which stands on its own, but of course still does have some attachments to ‘Batman v Superman’ — most notably in the form of The Joker, Batman’s timeless villain who emerges here as if he got caught in a street fight with a Juggalo and Ed Hardy.
"Suicide Squad" opens on August 5, 2016. Watch below.
I thought this was going to be about the Judean People\’s Front.
Awesooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooome trailer. Love the song behind the trailer, and the trailer gives us much more detail into every character and I cant wait for August 2016.
At least it\’s not yet another bloody identikit Marvel superhero movie. I\’ll probably be crap like DCs other films; but at least they\’re trying to offer something different.
What was that? The teaser was awesome but this is a mess.
Waaaaaay better than BatmAn V. Superman.
I turned this trailer off about 3/4 the way through. I honestly think it looks terrible. I was expecting a dark, gritty sorta movie but it felt more like a Deadpool kinda vibe??
And sorry, love Bohemian Rhapsody but this song felt SOO awkward here!!!!
oh hey you know what we haven\’t hear in a trailer recently, babyboomer cockrock!
Looks more appealing to me than Batman v. Superman by a mile or any of the stuff Marvel has slated for this year (aka: more of the same)
It would appear to have all the subtlety and sophistication of a drag queen. Everyone, including the director, appears to be chewing the scenery. Not good.
