Yeah, we know, there’s already enough TV shows to watch, but "Peaky Blinders" might be one to add to your Netflix queue. The streaming service has the exclusive U.S. rights to the BBC show, and you can fire up the first season right now. And you’ll want to get caught up quickly, since season two brings together two Christopher Nolan faves.
Cillian Murphy and Tom Hardy —the erstwhile Scarecrow and Bane from "Batman Begins" and "The Dark Knight Rises," respectively— share the screen in an episode from the show, and the first clip of the pair as such has arrived. The show follows the criminal Shelby family, who specialize in bookmaking, protection and the black market, and use guns to work their way up the chain and fight off rival gangs. In this scene, Thomas Selby meets Alfie Solomons, who runs a very special kind of bakery: it’s a terrific to see these two great actors bouncing off each other.

birds of a different feather. boardwalk is a slow burner of a show, passive, steady, until it strikes like a viper, like the wire. peaky is more a pop tune, a red right hand, vicious, yet as subtle as a jackhammer. both are great shows, though, dealing with similar themes.
Episode 1 of season 2 on it\’s own was better than the last 5 episodes and season 4 of Boardwalk Empire combined.
Just a reminder. They both acted on Inception too.
