On paper it seems absurd, but when you think about it, given the amount of fake blood Rob Zombie has spilled over the years, he’s probably a genius of getting those tough stains out of clothes. So much so, that he’s directed an ad for Woolite. Seriously.
Even though it looks like it could be a teaser for another “Saw” sequel, Rob Zombie told the New York Times that it’s “more like a Tim Burton” film, which probably means he hasn’t watched a Burton film in a loooong time. An entire campaign will be centered around the spookier-than-usual detergent ad, with an online and movie theater spot (see below) and a slight tamer version on television. But don’t worry, it’s not too cleaned up. “I’m not really sure which version is which,” Zombie confessed. “It’s not like it’s scary.”
