Watch: Mel Gibson Gets In A Knife Fight In Red Band Trailer For ‘Machete Kills’ Plus New Clip

Machete Kills

If you think things shooting from boobs and women getting punched in the vagina is totally irreverent and edgy, and having Charlie Sheen actually say the words “Machete Kills” is some sort of knowing genius, then you’re probably a better audience for this movie than we are.

Once again dipping his toes in the waters of the exploitation genre, Robert Rodriguez is dishing out his latest serving of Danny Trejo in “Machete Kills.” And while everyone involved is self-aware that they are making an intentionally bad movie, does that by default make it good? Even at the end of this red band trailer, we were kinda tired of the one note gags, and we can’t imagine this having the energy to sustain a full ninety minutes. But apparently enough people sat through the last one that it’s the reason this one even exists. But how many different ways can repackage a gun and make bodies explode before you run out of ideas? Also: Mel Gibson is really showing his age….seems like he can barely move….

“Machete Kills” arrives on October 11th. Check out the trailer below along with a new clip.

As for Mel Gibson.. If You think he cant move and is showing his age you clearly didnt see him on set of EXP3.. Mel is ""RIPPED"" Huge arm gun's and 6-8 pack and all, Looks in Fabulous shape, so Im pretty sure he can still move.. Not to mention, a Brilliant Actor, Director with impeccable timing with Drama, and Comedy…. Cant wait for this film, and excited for Expendable's 3

  2. Can't wait till this comes out! The authors of this article seem to just be in a sour mood today or something…this installment looks like a load of fun, and there are a lot of actors starting to "show their age", doesn't mean it won't be a good time!
