This fall, Jessica Chastain and James McAvoy will come together and break apart in "The Disappearance Of Eleanor Rigby," but you’ll have three ways to see the movie. You can watch at as it was first shown at TIFF last year, in two parts, "The Disappearance Of Eleanor Rigby: His" and "The Disappearance Of Eleanor Rigby: Hers," or in the new single movie cut that played at Cannes, "The Disappearance Of Eleanor Rigby: Them." Either way, a new trailer is here no matter how you take it in.
One of the 21 Best Films Of 2014 We’ve Already Seen, the drama by writer/director Ned Benson tracks the tragic relationship between Eleanor and Conor, who meet, fall in love and fall apart. And it boasts a pretty great supporting cast too, with Bill Hader, Jess Weixler, Isabelle Huppert, Viola Davis, William Hurt and Nina Arianda all on board. As for the differences between all three movies, check out our feature Comparing And Exploring The Changes Between ‘Eleanor Rigby: Them’ And ‘Eleanor Rigby: Him & Her.’
‘Eleanor Rigby’ opens on September 26th, with the separate chapters to arrive later. Watch below.
This looks exquisite!
Really looking forward to it.
Wow, this trailer is fantastic. I hope that all the three versions of this facinating story will be distributed in theaters in Greece, because I'm eager to pay a ticket to watch them all on the big screen. Both Jessica Chastain and James McAvoy seem to give tremendous performances, worthy of some serious awards attention.
if anyone can identify the music used in this that would be great
