While the internet may delight in red band trailers, when it comes to pushing the movies in theaters, studios need to create a cleaner version for audiences. And so here we are with two new green band spots for a couple of big summer comedies, hoping to make you chuckle without dropping an f-bomb or showing any boobs.
First up is “Sex Tape,” which reteams “Bad Teacher” trio Jason Segel, Cameron Diaz and director Jake Kasdan for another naughty tale, this time about a frisky couple who have to stop a hot video of their bedroom activities from falling into the wrong hands. And from wrong hands to bad ideas is “Let’s Be Cops,” which finds “New Girl” buds Jake Johnson and Damon Wayans Jr. playing a couple of losers who dress up as cops to get girls, only to take their newfound respect way too far.
“Sex Tape” comes first (ha) on July 25th, with “Let’s Be Cops” getting arrested on August 13th. Watch below.
Jervaise, EVERY geezer in the world wants to bugger the 18 year-old version of Cameron Diaz, THATS A GIVEN ! ! !.
I want to bugger Cameron Diaz (as the bird was in 1990 when the bird was 18, not as the bird is now obviously).
