"Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" are coming, and there are certainly a lot of fans out there very invested in how this latest big screen take on the comic characters will do them justice. Or not. But according to Megan Fox, fans really don’t have any reason to be concerned.
“Someone’s always going to be upset about something,” she told MTV. “When you’re [making] a movie like this and making it live-action, there are things where you’ll have to depart from the original material a little bit. People will be disappointed, but I think people will be overwhelmed with how exciting and amazing and how fresh and how true to the original this is — but you can’t please everyone all the time.” And that’s very true, which makes us wonder how folks will take this first clip from the film featuring Whoopi Goldberg, who can’t quite believe the story April O’Neil is telling her about mutant turtles who are also ninjas.
Check it out below along with TV spot, motion posters and more. ‘TMNT’ arrives on August 8th.
Emperor, would you agree that when Pauline Hickey was 17 in 1985 she was THE most gorgeous bird of all-time ! ?.
Jervaise, every geezer in the world wants to bugger the 18 year-old version of Megan Fox, THATS A GIVEN ! ! !.
I want to bugger Megan Fox (as the bird was in 2004 when the bird was 18, not as the bird is now obviously).
Overwhelmed by how awful it'll be? "True to the original" holds little meaning since there's always been a massive disconnect between the comics and the various cartoons and films.
Liebesman is a terrible director. Who else but him could shit up an ending so sloppily as seen in Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning?
COWABUNGA, DUDE! AWESOME! ORDER A PIZZA!
