Time, as we all know by now, is a flat circle. And so, nearly three months on from the conclusion of “True Detective,” we’re starting to loop back around. Casting rumors are already gearing up for the second season of Nic Pizzolatto and HBO‘s wildly acclaimed crime show, and we should be hearing much more about it in the weeks to come, especially with the series likely to be a behemoth in the upcoming Emmy nominations.
Before those, though, there’s a chance to sit back and reassess the show again, as it landed on DVD and Blu-Ray, and HBO have released a new trailer for the show to plug the release. The set includes all eight episodes of the show, along with a host of extras, which you can read about below, headlined by a making-of, audio commentaries and deleted scenes.
