Watch: Arnold Schwarzenegger & Sylvester Stallone Fight In Clip From ‘Escape Plan’ Plus New Pics

Escape Plan

Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sylvester Stallone fighting is pretty much the single selling point of the otherwise bland-looking “Escape Plan,” which features a title that’s practically straight-to-video-bin ready. Considering these guys can barely muster a hit outside of “The Expendables” lately, they are likely hoping that combined, they find some greater success.

Anyway, a new clip has arrived for the movie which unsurprisingly goes straight for sizzle reel material, with Arnie and Sly fighting each other. Kind of. It’s almost hilarious to watch the camera cut away just before each moment of impact, and you can make a game of guessing how much of this clip was actually brought to you by stunt doubles. As for the movie, it’s about Sly being framed and locked up in a maximum security prison he designed, and teaming with baddie Arnie to figure a way to break out.

Will they make it? That pressing concern will be answered on October 18th.

  1. Typical 80s haters ! Id rather watch these 2 great actors in any movie over 99.9% garbage thats out there now ! At least they make original movies and dont feed us crappy remakes ! Sad how todays Hollywood have no original ideas anymore and are to stupid that most free thinking hate all these remaked garbage they put out ! Arnold and Sly can keep putting out great movies and ill keep watching them !

  2. It's sad that everytime this website posts something about Arnold or Sly's movies, they just seem to have it out for them. Why not give it a chance? I for one think it's refreshing to see a 90s style action movie that doesn't seem to rely too much on the overly done CGI of EVERY FREAKING BLOCKBUSTER that comes out. Yes, it has 50 cent, which is laughable. But people have come out of the audience screenings with great reviews, and it got a great response at Comic Con. Not to mention so many other websites seem genuinely interested in what this might be.

Also, you're really freaking stupid if you think a title makes or breaks a movie. Escape Plan is an AWFUL name, but that doesn't mean the movie is bad. Try and write and critique like a professional, not an explosion-happy tween.
