While Ben Wheatley‘s "High-Rise" boasts his starriest cast yet — Tom Hiddleston, Luke Evans, Sienna Miller, Jeremy Irons, Elisabeth Moss, and more — the bold, weird, surreal film won’t be for everyone’s taste. But for fans of the filmmaker, they’ll be pleased for what’s his most outrageous movie yet.
Based on the book by J.G. Ballard, the story chronicles the social breakdown in a high-rise apartment complex, where the more affluent occupy the top floors. So yes, there’s a sorta "Snowpiercer" flavor, but this is far more strange, carrying it’s own unique biting tenor.
"High-Rise" opens in the U.K. on March 18th and later this year in the U.S.
