Jackie Chan is 66 years old. Keep that in mind as you watch the new trailer for “Vanguard.” I know plenty of people over the age of 60 and I don’t know that any of them can do the things that Jackie Chan does.

As seen in the trailer, Chan stars in the upcoming action film, “Vanguard,” which follows the actor as the leader of an elite group of agents that are hot on the trail of a deadly group of mercenaries that plan on wreaking havoc all around the world. So, naturally, as you’ve come to expect from a Jackie Chan film, “Vanguard” showcases the actor throwing his body in various ways at bad guys, while offering up the occasional funny quip. If you’re a fan of the actor, and his decades-long career, you know what you’re getting yourself into.
Joining Chan in the cast are Yang Yang, Ai Lun, Mu Qimiya, Xu Ruohan, and Zhu Zhengting. The film is directed by Stanley Tong, who has worked with Chan on nine films including two in the “Police Story” franchise and “Rumble in the Bronx.” And almost 30 years after their first collaboration, Tong is directing yet another film that showcases Jackie Chan doing some incredible stunts while protecting the general public.
“Vanguard” has already premiered in parts of Asia and is set to make its debut in the US, courtesy of Gravitas Ventures, in select theaters on November 20. You can watch the action-packed trailer below.
