Blumhouse had their hand in another horror hit last month with “M3GAN.” But in between that and their next premier release, David Gordon Green‘s “The Exorcist” remake, check out “Unseen,” part of Blumhouse Television‘s deal with MGM+.
In “Unseen,” a gas station clerk gets an unexpected call at work from a drugged, nearly blind young woman trying to escape from her ex-boyfriend, who’s out to kill her.

Here’s the film’s official synopsis:
Two women form an unlikely connection when a depressed gas station clerk Sam, receives a call from Emily, a nearly blind woman who is running from her murderous ex in the woods. Emily must survive the ordeal with Sam being her eyes from afar using video call.
“Unseen” stars Jolene Purdy as Sam and Midori Francis as Emily. The movie also stars Missi Pyle, Michael Patrick Lane, and Ren Hanami. Yoko Okumura makes her directorial debut with “Unseen,” helming a script by Salvatore Cardoni and Brian Rawlins.
