As uneven as the second season of "True Detective" has been, Nic Pizzolatto went for the jugular in the penultimate episode, "Black Maps And Motel Rooms." There were some deaths, some surprising revelations, and we’re still not really sure who Stan is. All that said, the stage has been set for what promises to be a gripping finale, with the ninety-minute "Omega Station."

You guys are doing waaaay to much whining. If last season was a 95%, this one is surely an 80%. You almost managed to turn me off the show. Too bad this podcast comes up for the first 20 search results. I\’d like to listen to someone who actually enjoys the program.

Bart Sallis is the construction manager / gc. Stan is a good of Frank… It takes a little effort . maybe notes or a quick glance on reddit… And the mayor\’s secretary is Ben Caspere\’s admin assistant; more importantly, she is the lynchpin to much of the plot as she is likely the kid (laura osterman) in the jewelry heist of 1992. Which apparently set all of this in motion 24 years later… And your allusions to Hamlet are ridickulous

I really have had issues with this show but after listening you guys bitch this whole podcast from ep 7, guys i wanted to have a podcast to listen to about TD but damn…
