The Sexiest Woman Alive Katrina Bowden To Play Oz’s Girlfriend In ‘American Reunion’

In a ceremony held at your local newsstand last month, Katrina Bowden — best known for playing Cerie on “30 Rock” — was honored as The Sexiest Woman Alive by Esquire magazine. About as significant as being named one of the Most Beautiful People by People, it nonetheless has brought the actress some attention, with Hollywood coming knocking. She quickly landed a role in “Piranha 3DD” and now another sequel has crossed her table.

Variety reports that Chris Klein now has a girlfriend, with Bowden set to join “American Reunion” as an L.A. party girl who hangs off his arm. Bringing back the entire gang—Seann William Scott, Jason Biggs, Eugene Levy, Thomas Ian Nicholas, Tara Reid, Chris Klein, Mena Suvari, Jennifer Coolidge and Allyson Hannigan–the plot, as the title suggests, gets everyone together for their 10-year high school reunion, as they spend a weekend catching up with each other and probably getting into raunchy sexual hijinks.

”Harold & Kumar” series creators Jon Hurwitz and Hayden Schlossberg have penned the sure to be low brow screenplay and will be directing the film which is gearing up to shoot this summer, and will hit theaters on April 6, 2012.
