Speaking with MTV, Terry Crews has confirmed that Arnold Schwarznegger will in fact have a cameo in this summer action blockbuster “Terminator Salvation.”
Crews will be in both ‘Salvation’ and Sylvester Stallone’s “The Expendables” and was asked during an interview about ‘Expendables’ whether the Governor of California would also be involved in McG’s film: “Exactly – that’s it. And so am I.” This confirmation comes after months of speculation and misguided words by McG who, at first, teased fans about the cameo but then seemed to retract earlier comments.
Crews also confirmed Arnie’s previously announced cameo in Stallone’s flick: “I am not at liberty to discuss what kind of cameo it is but I know for a fact he wants to be down.” But wasn’t it already announced that Arnie will be playing himself in ‘Expendables’? Either Crews is ill-informed or Sly and Arnie are waiting to serve a treat. With production recently underway, I guess we’ll find out soon.
‘Salvation’ is due out May 21st while ‘Expendables’ will be see a release in 2010.
I am more excited for Crewes being in Terminator 4 than I am about Schwarzenegger.
