For those that watched the first season, “Ted Lasso,” stars Jason Sudeikis as an American football coach that finds a job in Europe, working with a soccer team. The series was an instant hit with fans who were happy to see a show that seemed actually funny and good-hearted, with such a likable lead. And critics adored the comedy series for its acting and writing, as it went on to earn a ton of awards, including a Golden Globe for Sudeikis as Ted Lasso himself.
And in the new trailer for Season 2 of “Ted Lasso,” it seems as if the feel-good comedy of the first season is making a comeback. The show continues to be a fish-out-of-water series about a down-home American guy trying to fit in with prim and proper Brits, and if you’re already a fan of the show, there’s just a guarantee that you’re going to adore what Apple TV+ has in store for you this summer.
