We’re too exhausted to post anything substantial, but the Red-band trailer for Greg Mottola’s “Adventureland” is out. The ’80s-set coming-of-age dramedy stars Kristen Stewart, Jesse Eisenberg, Ryan Reynolds, Bill Hader, Kristen Wiig, Martin Starr and hits theaters March 27, 2009. It also screens at the SXSW Film Festival in Austin in mid March. Motolla directed “Superbad,” and while we love that film, based on the “Adventureland” script, what we’ll finally get is more heartfelt dramedy that full-out comedy. Pardon the trailer if its blatantly marketing to the “Superbad” crowd. This is what studios do. Watch for the Frigo character (Matt Bush) in this movie who gets a lot of play here, he might just steal the whole thing (god, his character is hilarious).
