Between playing the brutal bat-wielding Negan on “The Walking Dead,” and fearless monster hunter John Winchester on “Supernatural,” Jeffery Dean Morgan is not a guy you want to mess with. He continues that streak with his new role as a New York detective in the upcoming film, “The Postcard Killings.”
The film, based on the bestseller by James Patterson and Liza Marklund, tells the story of Detective Jacob Kanon dealing with the tragic, gruesome and sudden deaths of his daughter and son-in-law. Kanon travels to London and gets involved to avenge his daughter’s death, only to realize that they now have a serial killer on their hands. This killer travels all over the world, announcing his arrival in each city by postcard, only to brutally murder a new couple on each trip. Kanon partners up with a local cop to catch the killer, and the race against the clock is on.
