We’ve got a couple of new posters to share with you, from a drama about a twenty-something foster care staff member, and a film featuring George Michael Bluth on a road trip through Chile. Both are making their way from the film festival circuit to a theater near you, hopefully.
First up is “Short Term 12” starring Brie Larson, which won the Narrative Grand Jury Prize at this year’s SXSW. About a young woman managing her way through a foster care facility, our reviewer called it “Heartrending, heartwarming and authentic,” (which made its way onto the poster). Here’s the whole review from SXSW here. Check out the quote and poster below.
Next is a new poster from “Crystal Fairy.” Starring Michael Cera as a young man wandering around Chile, his character indulges in some hallucinogenic cactus and befriends Crystal Fairy, played by Gaby Hoffman (yes, she was the young Demi Moore in “Now and Then”). From this latest poster (the first one is a slightly busier version), “Crystal Fairy” looks like it’s going to be one trippy trip, with Cera bedraggled and clinging to a cactus. Check out our review from Sundance here (alas, we are quoted again) and the new poster below.
Short Term 12, very movable image, love it.
I really want to see both of these
