For the few superfans out there who are eagerly awaiting Jennifer Lawrence's cheapie thriller "House At The End Of The Street," they likely already know that next Tuesday you can get your hands on the novelization, which will spill the entire movie for you a month before it hits theaters. But for everyone else, a batch of new photos have arrived, confirming that indeed, Jennifer Lawrence wears the hell out of a tank top in this movie.
Co-starring Elisabeth Shue and Max Theriot, the film follows a single mom who seeks a fresh start after a divorce, and moves with her daughter into the house of their dreams in a small, upscale, rural town. But when startling and unexplainable events begin to take place, Sarah and Elissa learn the town is in the shadows of a chilling secret. Years earlier, in the house next door, a daughter killed her parents in their beds, and disappeared – leaving only a brother, Ryan (Theriot), as the sole survivor. Of course, Lawrence falls in with Theriot's character and that relationship goes to some interesting, scary, PG-13 places.
'HATES' opens on September 21st. Check out the new pics below.
Lighten up, Kevin….Jesus, Mary, Joseph and the donkey it's a low budget film that was made when Lawrence was starting out….EARLY in her career. I would imagine just about every working actor in the universe has at least one of these types of films in their filmography. I think it matters more that Jennifer Lawrence is, as you are well aware, a very talented actress who has an excellent track record for choosing quality scripts….christ, look who she works with these days (Drake Doremus, Jodie Foster, Gary Ross, David O. Russell, Suzanne Bier and on her second time around working for the Weinstein Company). Not bad for a 22 year old young woman who has only been working seriously in film for what, four or five years?. Anyway, enough with the bitchy comments about one goddamned film because you come off like a hipster doofus and I'd like to believe that you're not really that way.
