Lest you think Lionsgate is not covering every possible base when it comes to “The Hunger Games: Catching Fire,” part of the blanket marketing campaign includes a tie in sandwich at Subway. Yes, really. Nothing like a dystopian saga about the 99% under the foot of the 1% to really have you hankering for a horse-meat and plastic-cheese footlong, but I digress. The bottom line is more stuff from the ‘Catching Fire’ whirlpool of stuff that they want you to see before the movie has arrived, so strap in your eyeballs.
A batch of new images lead this update with Katniss, Peeta, Effie, Haymitch and more people with funny names looking concerned and dazzlingly costumed. And since these movies need to make megabucks these days, ‘Catching Fire’ will also be lighting up your local IMAX screen if you have a few extra bucks so a featurette focused on that is here too. Also, a brand new TV spot featuring the strains of Christina Aguilera‘s “We Remain” to give you one last dose of District Fever.
