If you’re not someone that is paying attention to Taylor Swift’s career, you may not understand why the singer-songwriter is releasing new versions of her previous songs recently. Well, you can feel free to Google it and read all about it, but basically, due to rights issues, she’s redoing her whole catalog and bringing in some big names to star in new music videos, including folks like Miles Teller, Dylan O’Brien, Sadie Sink, and more.
Of the two recent videos she’s released (well, one music video and another “short film”), perhaps readers are going to be more interested in “I Bet You Think About Me.” Why this video, in particular? Well, not only does it star Miles Teller, who is seemingly pretty picky about his roles recently, but the video is directed by Blake Lively, who co-wrote the script for the clip with Swift, herself. In the video, Teller plays a groom on his wedding day who can’t seem to stop thinking about Taylor Swift and her very red clothing.

The other clip that premiered recently is a “short film” that is actually directed by Swift and stars the aforementioned O’Brien and Sink. The film tells the story of a couple going through all the ups and downs of a relationship. It does show that Swift has been definitely flexing her creative muscles when it comes to directing, playing with aspect ratios and interesting stylistic choices.
