‘Midnight In The Switchgrass’ Red Band Trailer: Megan Fox & Bruce Willis Search For A Serial Killer

When you think Megan Fox and Bruce Willis, you might think a lot of things — FBI agents probably aren’t what initially comes to mind. However, “Midnight in the Switchgrass” is ready to subvert that expectation with its first trailer.

The movie follows agents Helter (Willis) and Lombardo (Fox) as they assist a local cop on a string of unsolved female murders that seem to be connected. After their initial sting operation goes wrong, Lombardo ends up positioning herself as bait for the serial killer. Lombardo ends up getting entangled in a dangerous game of cat and mouse as she tries to solve the case.

Emile Hirsch (“Into the Wild“), Jackie Cruz (“Orange is the New Black“), Michael Beach (If Beale Street Could Talk“), Lukas Haas (“Inception“), and Fox’s real-life partner, Colson Baker, aka Machine Gun Kelly, join the duo in the cast of the movie. Bruce Willis (DIE HARD franchise) and Megan Fox (TRANSFORMERS: REVENGE OF THE FALLEN) lead a powerful cast including Emile Hirsch (ONCE UPON A TIME…IN HOLLYWOOD), Lukas Haas (INCEPTION), and Colson Baker (BIRD BOX) in this gritty and intense crime-thriller. While in Florida on another case, FBI agents Helter (Willis) and Lombardo (Fox) cross paths with state cop Crawford (Hirsch), who’s investigating a string of female murders that appear to be related. Lombardo and Crawford team up for an undercover sting, but it goes horribly wrong, plunging Lombardo into grave danger and pitting Crawford against a serial killer in a twisted game of cat and mouse.

“Midnight in the Switchgrass” drops in select theaters, on Apple TV+ and everywhere you can rent movies on July 23. It will be available to purchase on Blu-ray and DVD on July 27. Take a look at the new trailer below.
