One of the more controversial aspects of Quentin Tarantino’s highly-anticipated film, “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood,” is how the filmmaker handles the death of Sharon Tate. As the film is reportedly going to focus on the fictional story of a down-on-his-luck former TV star and his best friend, the way Tarantino handles the real-life tragedy at the heart of the film, featuring Margot Robbie as Sharon Tate, is still unknown.
Well, regardless of how the finished product comes out, thanks to Robbie, we know how the actress will look portraying Sharon Tate. The Academy Award-nominated actress shared a post on Instagram that shows her in full Tate costume. There’s no denying that Robbie definitely looks the role. And her proven acting chops lead us to believe that she’ll be great as Tate. Next July really can’t come soon enough.
Robbie joins Leonardo DiCaprio, Brad Pitt, Burt Reynolds, Damian Lewis, Luke Perry, Emile Hirsch, Dakota Fanning, Al Pacino, Scoot McNairy, Tim Roth, Kurt Russell, James Marsden, and Timothy Olyphant, among many, many more, in what just might be one of the most star-studded casts of all time. Clearly, Tarantino is pulling out all the stops for his ninth feature film (he counts “Kill Bill” as one).

‘Once Upon a Time’ follows DiCaprio and Pitt, as the aforementioned TV star and stunt-double best friend, as they navigate a changing Hollywood in 1969. Then, everything gets thrown into chaos as the TV star’s next-door neighbor, Sharon Tate, is viciously murdered by the Manson Family.
“Once Upon a Time in Hollywood” is scheduled for release July 26, 2019.

Why is no one saying anything about the fact that Emile Hirsch is in this movie. Please point to The Playlist talking about that once. Charles Barfield goes to bat for the #MeToo movment when it’s culturally easy targets like Woody Allen (innocent) and Roman Polanski (forgiven by the victim), but not men who beat up women in bars such as Emile Hirsch. It’s definitely of note that no one anywhere is addressing that sort of hypocrisy in reporting.
