‘Love Death + Robots’ Red Band Trailer: Netflix Showcases The NSFW Mayhem In The Animated Anthology

Say what you will about “Love Death + Robots.” Yes, the first season had its fans (including this writer), but there were others that weren’t totally sold by the idea of Tim Miller and David Fincher’s Netflix animated anthology series. Regardless of your opinion about its quality, you can’t call the title false advertising, as seen in the new Red Band trailer for Season 2.

The NSFW footage for “Love Death + Robots” Season 2 does highlight each word in the title, showing the naughty bits of sex, violence, and well, robots that populate the sci-fi anthology series. Much like the first season, the new 8-episode batch of animated shorts utilize new styles of animation to tell their stories, but each very much falls under the three main umbrellas of love, death, and robots, with some combining all three.
