Hey, that's just how they do it in the Ukraine.
Clearly mistaking "The Fresh Prince Of Bel Air" for John Travolta, a particularly grabby reporter moved in for the kill during the Moscow premiere of "Men In Black 3." Leaning in for a kiss, he immediately enraged the film's star, Will Smith, who responded to the attempt with, "What the hell is your problem, buddy?" The weakest backhand ever thrown by an action star then made a cameo appearance, with Smith limply brushing his hand against the embarrassed reporter's face. Smith then walked away, unscathed, as publicists swarmed, eager to get the good-natured star out of there before he violently ruffled someone's hair.
Smith was clearly bothered by this gesture, warning unconvinced microphone jockeys with the meek threat, "He's lucky I didn't sucker punch him." Meanwhile, the noble Pulitzer-winning folks at TMZ claim that the reporter apparently has a shtick that involves getting far too close to popular celebrities. Though at least the guy will have plenty more fodder for some bad jokes with friends.
"You'd expect a stronger swing from a guy who played Muhammed Ali." OOOOH.
"There's about six degrees of separation between Will Smith and the threat of violence." BURN.
"Messing with Will Smith was like messing with a shark's tail. It felt like it too." SIZZLE.
"All I wanted was to pursue my happyness, but I didn't expect to run into a Hitch." ROASTED.
"'Seven Pounds' was a piece of sh*t." SERVED.
Why is this on The Playlist? This stuff is for TMZ, DailyMail, etc.
never thouch the celebrity without their permission(or let you the unknowns thouch you?): remember Ann Curry thouching Pitt's face at Cannes some years ago or Laurent Weil with Russel Crowe

we going straight to the ….Wild …Wild ………..West
Did I click on TMZ by accident?
Video made Will seem way more chill than the article did. Don't think he was really out to hurt the guy when he "slapped" him either. Looked more like a slightly aggressive brush off to me.
Love how you guys led the "Nick Stahl is missing" piece with a bit about how you don't like to cover news that leans toward gossip, but it was important because he was missing. Then you post this.
good for will don't take no shit from anybody
