While Bong Joon-Ho has mentioned going back to smaller budgeted movies after "Snowpiercer," that doesn’t mean he’s shunning star power. His forthcoming, cross-continental monster movie "Okja" is gearing up with Tilda Swinton already revealing she has a role. And it looks like she’ll be surrounded with a great ensemble, just as she was on "Snowpiercer."

The Wrap reports that Jake Gyllenhaal, Paul Dano, Kelly Macdonald and Bill Nighy are lining up roles in the movie. Plot details are still being kept under lock and key, but the story will revolve around a rural girl from Korea who travels between her country and the United States, with dialogue alternating between English and Korean.
The dealmaking process for these actors is still underway, but should it all work out, cameras start rolling early next year. Forget "Pacific Rim" and "Kong: Skull Island" —this is the monster flick we really wanna see.
Oh come on, Pacific Rim was a great popcorn flick. Looking forward to this too, especially after Snowpiercer.
They\’re just Bong\’s idea of NYC:
Gyllenhaal = Song Kang-ho after fitness bootcamp
Dano = the Park Hae-il you love to hate
Macdonald = Bae du-na, older
Swinton = Oh dal-su
Nighy = Byeon hie-bong
I love Bong Joon-ho, but this cast seems to gather all the actors I like least (not that they aren\’t talented).
