Is it all that glowing press? Is it the fanboys whispering inside his head, “It’s like Godfather II, therefore you’re like Brando”? Or is he just pulling a Patrick Bateman?
“The Dark Knight” star Christian Bale has been accused of assualting his mother and and sister the night before the European premiere of the celebrated Batman sequel. According to the British press, the authoraties are investigating the matter and he was arrested this morning in conjunction with the allegations. Apparently he’s still being held by police. We blame it all on comic book movie fans and the people who said the ‘Knight’ was better than “Citizen Kane.” All of it must be going to his head.
