HBO is known for its wide range of great original series. In the new trailer for “High Maintenance” Season 3, you’re reintroduced to The Guy, a bearded gentleman on a bike that travels through New York City, delivering marijuana to an eclectic group of people. And while the series is probably best known for its star-studded episodes that focus on a revolving door of talented actors playing unforgettable characters, it’s Ben Sinclair, as the aforementioned Guy, that really carries the weight of the series.
For those not familiar with the series, “High Maintenance” started its run as a web series on Vimeo. Created by star Ben Sinclair and Katja Blichfeld, the web series took off during its smattering of episodes on the streaming service. Then, back in 2016, HBO came in to snatch up the series and give it a bigger platform, which has introduced “High Maintenance” to a brand-new audience.
And for the upcoming season, it appears that Sinclair and Blichfeld aren’t slowing down, as the trailer shows the off-beat humor is returning, with a whole new group of amazing actors filling out the cast.
Season 3 of “High Maintenance” debuts on HBO on January 20, 2019.
Here’s the synopsis for the series:
Based on the web series from Katja Blichfeld and Ben Sinclair, High Maintenance stars Sinclair as “The Guy,” a bike-riding, weed-delivery salesman with an eclectic variety of Brooklyn clients.
