Got a Tip?

‘Greta’ Contest: Enter To Win The Infamous Purse & An Autographed Poster From The Upcoming Thriller

Do you know what’s better than Isabelle Huppert? If you said “nothing,” of course, we can accept that. However, the real answer is “a completely unhinged Isabelle Huppert that uses purses to ensnare young people into her web of deceit and evil.” And for film fans, we’re lucky enough to get just that in the upcoming film, “Greta.”

And in honor of the film’s impending release, we are attempting to ensnare our own victim with the offering of a beautiful purse. Well actually, we’re going to give away a “Greta” prize pack that includes a purse (like the one that tricks Chloë Grace Moretz into a terrible situation), a pack of gum (you have to watch the film to learn its significance), and a poster that features the autographs of the aforementioned actresses along with director Neil Jordan.

To win this “Greta” prize pack, all you have to do is follow us on Facebook and Twitter, tweet: “I want to win the ‘Greta’ prize pack from @ThePlaylist. #WinThePlaylistContest,” and include the URL of this story. Your final step: just email us your tweet to [email protected], with your full name and address, and tell us the name of your favorite Isabelle Huppert film.

And obviously, after you do that, you can go check out “Greta” when it hits theaters on March 1.

Here’s the film’s synopsis:

A sweet, naïve young woman trying to make it on her own in New York City, Frances (Chloë Grace Moretz) doesn’t think twice about returning the handbag she finds on the subway to its rightful owner. That owner is Greta (Isabelle Huppert), an eccentric French piano teacher with a love for classical music and an aching loneliness. Having recently lost her mother, Frances quickly grows closer to widowed Greta. The two become fast friends — but Greta’s maternal charms begin to dissolve and grow increasingly disturbing as Frances discovers that nothing in Greta’s life is what it seems in this suspense thriller from Academy Award®-winning director Neil Jordan.
