Following the arty, if not very marketing friendly teaser poster for Mark Romanek’s “Never Let Me Go,” Fox Searchlight has unveiled a triptych of gorgeous, smoky character posters that put the film’s stars front and center.
Starring Carey Mulligan, Keira Knightley, Andrew Garfield, Sally Hawkins, Charlotte Rampling, Nathalie Richard, and Andrea Riseborough, the film — without giving too much away — follows students at a boarding school and a truth they are forced to face. The film is an adaptation of Kazuo Ishiguro’s celebrated novel and was written by Alex Garland ( “The Beach,” “28 Days Later” and “Sunshine”).
“Never Let Me Go” will play the Toronto Film Festival in advance of its September 15th opening date. You can see the larger versions of the posters over at Movielicious!.
I think these are pretty terrible, to be honest. Looks like they were designed by an undergrad art student.
I agree Anon
They definately should have done better. Not liking them at all.
