‘Full Circle’: Timothy Olyphant & Dennis Quaid Join Steven Soderbergh’s HBO Max Limited Series

So far, Steven Soderbergh has made the most of the three-year overall deal he signed with HBO Max in January 2020. He’s already made three films on the deal, “Kimi” with Zoë Kravitz being the latest, and how he has the limited series “Full Circle” on the way, with Zazie Beetz and Claire Danes starring.

Now, Deadline reports two more players have joined the cast of “Full Circle”: Timothy Olyphant and Dennis Quaid. The six-episode limited series follows an investigation into a botched kidnapped in NYC that uncovers long-held secrets for those involved. Olyphant reportedly plays Danes’ husband in the series, while Quaid plays a famous TV chef whose grandson gets kidnapped.

“Full Circle” is the latest team-up between Soderbergh and writer Ed Solomon. They previously worked together on “Mosiac” and last year’s “No Sudden Move.” Casey Silver, who also worked with the pair on “Move,” joins Soderbergh and Solomon as executive producers.

Most of Olyphant’s recent work stems around reprising his roles in “Deadwood” and “Justified.” He just finished filming the follow-up Elmore Leonard adaptation “Justified: City Primeval” for FX. He also has a recurring role in Amazon‘s “Daisy Jones And The Six.”

Meanwhile, Quaid stars next in “Littlemouth,” a sci-fi mystery with Isabelle Fuhrman, David Thewlis, Josh Hutcherson, and Kiera Allen. He’ll also portray former president Ronald Raegan in the upcoming biopic “Raegan,” out next year.

So, who will join Beetz, Danes, Olyphant, and Quaid in Soderbergh’s next HBO Max project? Stay tuned, as more news about this series should drop shortly.
