‘Fleabag’: Nope, Golden Globes Trophies Aren’t Going To Convince Phoebe Waller-Bridge To Do Season 3

Well, unsurprisingly, after months of standing firm in her decision to end “Fleabag” after only two seasons and twelve total episodes, Waller-Bridge told the press at the Golden Globes that her mind hasn’t changed (via Deadline). In fact, all this adulation and awards recognition has created a situation that makes her decision feel even more right.

Well, it’s not like Waller-Bridge is hurting for work. Not only is she still one of the executive producers on “Killing Eve,” but she’s also producing another series coming to screens in 2020 titled “Run.” And in addition to that, Amazon secured her place with a massive exclusive deal, which means that we got plenty of Waller-Bridge in our futures. In fact, there’s this film she’s been teasing, and which she continued to tease last night.

“You just have to wait,” she said regarding what script she’s writing now.
