It looks like the grittier vibe of "Daredevil" carries over here with Krysten Ritter leading the show as a former superhero, living in New York City, who tries her hand at detective work. David Tennant (as Kilgrave), Mike Colter (as Luke Cage), Rachael Taylor (as Trish Walker), Carrie-Anne Moss, Eka Darville, Erin Moriarty, and Wil Traval round out the cast.
"Jessica Jones" makes its Netflix debut on November 20th.
II enjoyed Krysten Ritter in Don\’t Trust the B*tch Next Door series. I didn\’t think I would like it at first but Ritter brought a unique and off-beat personality to the character. I liked Marvel\’s Netflix release of Daredevil so I’m hoping Jessica Jones is equally terrific. All in all, the dark and gritty edge to the Hell’s Kitchen quartet is a welcoming departure from the Marvel mainstream.
