With “Spider-Man: Far From Home” officially in theaters all around the world, Marvel fans are anxiously awaiting president Kevin Feige to come through with his promise of telling them what’s to come next. First he said that everyone needs to wait until “Avengers: Endgame” is released before Phase 4 films get announced. Then it was said to wait until ‘Spider-Man.’ Now, we seem to be on the precipice of the big reveal, which will likely include “The Eternals.” But until then, we can expect a ton of rumors about casting, including a certain “Stranger Things” actress.
During a recent report about the upcoming Marvel Studios Hall H panel that will be at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con, Variety dropped the news that Millie Bobby Brown is the latest actor to join the star-studded (but unconfirmed) cast of Marvel’s “The Eternals.” There’s also been rumors that the cast will include Donnie Yen, as well.

Of course, none of this is confirmed, and when pressed about the casting rumors, Feige seemed to keep his answer perfectly Marvel-y, not denying anything but also not even coming close to confirming it, either. Basically, he gave us the same information you would imagine anyone would give about Brown or Yen — they’re fine actors.
“Both good actors that would be fun to see in the MCU,” Feige said (via Comicbook.com). “But nothing specific, or nothing to talk about.”
So, until we get confirmation or a straight-up denial, we have to treat the Millie Bobby Brown and Donnie Yen news as rumors and speculation. But if true, the “Stranger Things” star and the action legend from films like “Rogue One: A Star Wars” story would join a stacked cast that includes Salma Hayek, Angelina Jolie, Kumail Nanjiani, Richard Madden, and Ma Dong-seok.
“The Eternals” doesn’t have an official release date, but is said to be going into production shortly with director Chloe Zhao attached.
