If you’re wondering just how much Warner Bros. will push “Suicide Squad” to make it a massive hit, here’s a clue. Yesterday, the studio dropped a trailer (which some erroneously called final) which focused on Amanda Waller (Viola Davis) and Rick Flag (Joel Kinnaman). And surprise, surprise: it looks like it’s just the first of a series of character trailers before the movie opens.
The latest clip from the film has arrived today, introducing audiences to Will Smith‘s Deadshot. He’s a loner and sharp shooter who doesn’t mind puffing his feathers out when the situation requires it.
“Suicide Squad” opens on August 5th.
