It’s official, there is no need for spoiler warnings in our articles about “Avengers: Endgame” anymore. We thought we’d be courteous and warn readers about every little spoiler, on the off chance that someone hasn’t seen the film over the last two weeks. But yet, Marvel Studios and Disney obviously figure everyone who cares has made it out to the theater already because they’re releasing spoilers like it’s nothing.
In the latest clip to be released from “Avengers: Endgame,” Marvel ruins one of the best surprises and biggest laughs of the film — the Hulk (Mark Ruffalo). Comic book fans might call him Professor Hulk. Regular folks probably just think of him as Talking Hulk. But basically, in ‘Endgame,’ courtesy of a five-year time-jump, Bruce Banner has found a way to not only control his Hulk abilities but to find a way to keep his personality, while also becoming a big green monster.
So, in the clip, you see the fruits of that labor, as Banner has become the Hulk full-time, and is a bit of a celebrity and fan-favorite in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. You know who isn’t a fan-favorite, however? Ant-Man. Poor Scott Lang (Paul Rudd). The Hulk is responsible for so much needless destruction but has a fan following. Ant-Man has saved so many lives, cracks jokes all the time, and yet, the kids couldn’t care less.
Overall, it’s a fun scene, and even though Marvel released a minute of it, there’s still more to discover in the theater. So, if you’re one of the handful of people that haven’t seen the film, even though the reveal is spoiled, there’s plenty of Hulk stuff to see first-hand in the theater.
“Avengers: Endgame” is in theaters now.
