Disney’s latest live-action remake of a classic animated tale, “Dumbo,” is only weeks away from coming to theaters, and no doubt, making tons of money for the studio. Directed by Tim Burton, the new “Dumbo” has an all-star cast, incredible special effects, and a secret weapon that is sure to please the ears of certain parental figures – Arcade Fire.
That’s right, the Grammy-winning band, Arcade Fire, is a major part of the “Dumbo” soundtrack, contributing a cover of the classic song “Baby Mine.” And because Disney knows that kids all over the world are aching to hear Arcade Fire’s version of the song, the studio released a music video.

Much like the Disney movie, the recording of “Baby Mine” was fun for the whole family. Well, at least Arcade Fire’s Win Butler. “My mom plays the harp on the track, my brother [Will Butler] the theremin, my wife [Régine Chassagne] sings and plays drums, and our son even plays the triangle, as well as the rest of our ‘family’ in Arcade Fire,” Butler said (via Rolling Stone). “I will forever relate to the song thinking about the people I hold so dear that are ‘so precious to me.’ Listen for the cameo of my grandpa Alvino’s famous Sonovox at the end.”
“Dumbo” hits theaters on March 29.
Here’s the synopsis:

Vandevere (Michael Keaton), who recruits the peculiar pachyderm for his newest, larger-than-life entertainment venture, Dreamland. Dumbo soars to new heights alongside a charming and spectacular aerial artist, Colette Marchant (Eva Green), until Holt learns that beneath its shiny veneer, Dreamland is full of dark secrets.
