And that is shown to have a huge effect on the main character in the new film, “A Mouthful of Air.”

As seen in the trailer for “A Mouthful of Air,” the film follows the story of a young mother that seemingly has it all together. She has beautiful kids, a loving husband, and she’s also a bestselling children’s author. But after the birth of her second kid, things get dark for her, as a dark secret from her past comes rushing forward.
The film stars Amanda Seyfried, Finn Wittrock, Paul Giamatti, Amy Irving, Jennifer Carpenter, and Michael Gaston. “A Mouthful of Air” is directed by Amy Koppelman. The filmmaker wears multiple hats in this production, as she is also the writer of the film, which is based on her own novel. So clearly, this is a project that is very near and dear to the heart of Koppelman.
