Got a Tip?

Sean Baker To Direct A Doc About Bella Thorne’s OnlyFans Journey

Bella Thorne has never been shy about sexuality. Whether it’s the skimpy pictures she posts on social media or the adult film she directed for PornHub, the actress is fully embracing her sexuality as she ventures further into the world of film and TV. And it appears for her next film, she’s teaming up with acclaimed director Sean Baker for a new documentary about Thorne’s adventure into OnlyFans.

According to an interview with Paper, Thorne talked about her recent foray into the popular subscription service OnlyFans, where she charges folks $20 per month to see suggestive pictures. A recent press release claims that she will likely make at least $1 million per month from the service, making her jump into the world of modeling a highly lucrative venture. And she wants Sean Baker, the filmmaker behind “The Florida Project” and “Tangerine” to help her document it in a new feature.

While exact details about the doc are still unknown, Thorne said she’s a “huge fan” of Baker’s work and added that they share “the same vision of the movie being a conversation starter for many important topics.”

Ever since the release of “The Florida Project,” people have been anxious to find out what Baker was doing next. Would he go back to using an iPhone for another indie drama? Is he going to make the jump into big-budget studio offerings? Well, if you had “making a documentary about a young actress’ journey into the world of sex work,” then you win!

Kidding aside, this is going to be a really interesting film, judging based on Baker’s skills and Thorne’s personality. No matter what you think about her acting abilities, Thorne is a highly engaging and interesting person, and she’s definitely one of the poster children for this new generation of celebrity that makes more money off of endorsements and social media than on actual films and TV work.
