Jordan Vogt-Roberts Gets Real With Honest Trailer For ‘Kong: Skull Island’

In internet time, it seems like it was eons ago when Jordan Vogt-Roberts took CinemaSins to task for nitpicking “Kong: Skull Island” to death. It wasn’t that someone didn’t like his movie, the director was truly flabbergasted at the inaccuracies that came with the criticism, which defenders tried to shrug off as satire. Vogt-Roberts wasn’t having it, and he made his opinion quite clear. All that unfolded just two weeks ago. But the man is not without humor or insight about this own work, as he reveals on the latest Honest Trailer.

Screen Junkies decided to take on “Kong: Skull Island” in this week’s installment, but Vogt-Roberts shows up midway through to drop his own harsh truths about his monster.
