Got a Tip?

Bro, Get Hype: All The Songs In ‘Entourage’ Including Pharrell Williams, Tame Impala, Snoop Dogg, Rolling Stones, & More

EntourageIt’s not featured on the original soundtrack release, which only has 14 songs, but did you know that a previously unreleased track from Tom Petty’s classic Wildflowers album is used in the “Entourage” movie? The cut, “Somewhere Under Heaven, comes from Wildflowers: All the Rest, a collection that gathers all the material that didn’t make Petty’s seminal second solo effort, an album that is due sometime later this year hopefully.

But dude, don’t let us scare you off with the dad rock talk. Vinnie and the boys hit theaters this week (our review) and while the aforementioned “Entourage” soundtrack only has just over a dozen tracks on it, the full movie features over 30 totally sick songs (most of them anyhow). Apart from the released soundtrack — whic features Pharrell Williams, Diplo, The National, Tame Impala, and Jane’s Addiction’s theme song, “Superhero” — the full extended soundtrack of the movie also features cuts by Snoop Dogg, Slum Village, The Rolling Stones, Violent Femmes, Tom Morrello, The Who, Johnny Cash, and Queens of the Stone Age.
