The amazing marketing machine for “The Amazing Spider-Man 2” rolls on, and it seems like (for now) Sony is done with pumping out new trailers, and is instead turning their attention to featurettes, which include a smattering of previously unseen footage.
The latest is a two-minute look at the relationship between between Peter Parker and Gwen Stacy—played by real life couple Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone—though don’t expect any actual revelations. It’s mostly lots of talking points by the actors, producer Avi Arad and the omnipresent Stan Lee. But hey, new footage! After that you can check out a couple of motion posters for the movie, which do their job of reminding you about the film for a few seconds each.
“The Amazing Spider-Man 2” arrives on May 2nd, and by the time it hits theaters, will probably feature about 68% new material. [Daily Mail/Empire]
