Yep, they’re all coming back. Michelle, Stifler, Oz, Jessica, Jim, Heather, Nadia, Vicky, Kevin and Finch have returned for “American Reunion,” in what is kind of “The Big Chill” of sex comedies.
After an initial teaser trailer which only served to highlight how much older everyone has gotten, the first footage has been revealed in his red band spot which still manages to bleep out an F-bomb for some reason. Anyway, it appears not much has changed as Jason Biggs still has problems getting in a decent wank, even now that he’s married and lives in his own house. Why he didn’t just go join Alyson Hannigan in the bathroom instead is beyond us. So yeah, it’s about as mildly interesting as we were expecting, but we have to say the choice to cut the scene to R. Kelly‘s “Bump N’ Grind” is pretty spot-on and works really well.

I really kind of hate it when they advertise things like this as \”An American Tradition,\” as if stupid gross-out comedies mostly about masturbation were the essence of American-ness. It makes me really depressed about the state of the country.
This is the saddest thing I\’ve seen today. Sadder still, this trailer is going to KILL in theatres.
Unless another trailer has something interesting in it, I\’m going to have to disown friends who are excited about this movie, like I did with Little Fockers.
