Well, if you can tell us the major differences between this green band trailer and the (not very) red band version that dropped last week for "Hick," you've got better eyes than we do. We're still not quite sure what made that previous trailer so naughty, but here's a cleaned up version you can watch at work along with a few new stills from the flick.
Starring Blake Lively, Chloe Moretz, Eddie Redmayne and a whole lot of accents, this wild story revolves around Luli (Moretz), a 13-year-old Nebraskan girl, and her hard-going life on the road after she runs away from her neglectful parents and home. She’s taken in by Glenda (Lively), a hard-living grifter who takes Luli under her wing. Derick Martini (”Lymelife”) directs the adaptation of Andrea Portes novel and the result is something certainly….pulpy….though the tone seems to be a bit all over the place ranging from B-movie over-the-top theatrics to very serious all in a heartbeat. We'll be curious to see how it ultimately all cuts together.

If this movie goes from a B movie to major theatrics and then very serious all in a few beats, I'll be first on line to buy a ticket. No one can make that happen in a real full film. Only in a trailer.

The MPAA is notorious for shaving asinine frames out of a trailer to make it a green band. The distinction between the two reeks of MPAA.
Also, I saw this article on moviefone regarding the same trailer and if you look at the comment section, the director, Derick Martini, explains how and why the trailer was cut. Pretty interesting stuff. The link is below.

This one doesn't show her pointing the gun at anybody. In the red-band, we see her pointing it at the first guy she says "Do you think I'm pretty?" to. That scene is still there, but with the gun-pointing cut out. I guess the MPAA had a problem with a 13-year-old pointing a gun at someone.
