There’s more than one way to promote a movie, and the folks behind “Nurse 3D” are going with boobs. Last summer they covered the (always eager to get) naked Paz De La Huerta in blood for for the first one sheet for the movie, and now another teaser has been sent around to various horror sites with a nipple.
We suppose it’s titillating (ha ha) if you haven’t seen/been near/are acquainted with breasts, but otherwise it’s kind of half-heartedly provocative. And it really doesn’t explain what the hell the movie is about, but hey, we’re here to fill you in. In the film, Huerta plays Abby Russell is a dedicated nurse by day, who by night uses her smoldering sexuality to lure cheating men to their brutal deaths and expose them for who they really are. When a younger nurse starts to suspect Abby’s actions and compromises her master plan, Abby must find a way to outsmart her long enough to bring the cheater you’d least expect to justice.
Co-starring Katrina Bowden, Corbin Bleu, Boris Kodjoe, Dita Von Teese, Adam Herschman, Neal McDonough, Niecy Nash and Nick Turturro, this all seems — on all levels — appropriately B-movie enough. But this movie better deliver on the boobs at this point (in 3D no less) or people are gonna be upset. No word yet on a release date. [Bloody Disgusting]
